Chuck Perry Chuck earned both a Bachelor of Horticulture from Western Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky. He joined Land Plus in 2004 with ten years of experience as a landscape architect and landscape designer. With Land Plus, he has focused his talents on developer services including land planning, detailed development feature designs, individual residential site and landscape design, and urban in-fill residential design projects. His strength in project management is a key component in the success of the firm’s projects. Chuck is a registered landscape architect in Kentucky and also holds certification in erosion control.
