John joined Land Plus in 2007 with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California, fortified with study in Landscape Architecture at the University of California, Los Angeles. With over ten years of office experience in architecture and landscape architecture, John has extensive experience designing high-end residential projects and master planned communities in California, Maryland and Georgia. As a part of the Land Plus team, John is active in both the land planning and residential design studios preparing site design documents for both estate and custom homes, development amenity areas, and large scale developments.
