With over 17 years of sales, management, and training experience for national food service companies, Kathy joined Land Plus Associates in 2006 as an Executive Assistant to principals Alec Michaelides and Kenneth Lemm.  Her Land Plus duties include contract preparation, office management and staff support, project and meeting scheduling, and record and media control.  As Kathy’s experience with the firm grows, her role as Client - principal liaison will be an integral component of the Client’s experience with Land Plus Associates
