This estate property is currently under construction and is located on 1200 acres in North Georgia.

This property consists of valley pastures, a working farm and a new homesite located on top of a ridge with expansive valley views.

Land Plus is charged with creating an outdoor mountain environment surrounding the home reflective of its "western lodge" character. A large "zero edge" pool, outdoor kitchen, cutting garden, greenhouse and guest arrival area, are incorporated into the homesite master plan.

Land Plus has also been retained to locate a new horse barn and associated pastures connected by a master trail system throughout the property.
