Land Plus was retained to master plan this condominium community using stacked flat buildings with both surface and underground parking.

Difficult site topography and subsurface rock dictated the layout and entry approach to the site.

The architectural theme evokes feelings of New England architecture and is supported by materials and site elements designed to enhance this theme.
